A request the customer can follow
Avery submits a request through the customer portal. The saved staff reply appears in the same customer-visible conversation, alongside the request status.
The lead status follows the configured rule
The call workflow moves the lead to Sales Qualified and creates a follow-up task, keeping the next step connected to the customer record.
Follow the work.
Keep the context.
Customer records, requests, calls, and follow-ups stay connected as your team works.
Start with customer context.
Avery Cole’s lead brings together contact details, the Aster Studio company record, and the responsible owner.
Receive a portal request.
Avery signs in to the customer portal and asks for help planning two new locations. The request appears in the staff support queue. Alex links it to the CRM account and contact, saves a public reply, and the customer can read that reply in the portal.
Keep the conversation connected.
In this example, a call starts from Avery’s lead. Its controls remain available when Alex moves into Support to work on the request.
Save the outcome and follow-up.
Alex enters: “Discussed Aster Studio’s two-location rollout. Avery will send the branch requirements. Next step: schedule an onboarding check-in.” End call & save writes that outcome to the lead history. The configured workflow changes the lead to Sales Qualified and creates Follow up with Avery Cole.
