Ready to connect

Start with
these three things.

Once the connection is set up, the guided flow takes care of the transfer and checks. Our white-glove support can help you get started.

Your workspace

An approved Zen & Zen workspace with CRM enabled, and a workspace administrator to review and approve the move.

Your Salesforce access

A Salesforce sign-in with access to the records, files, and API exports you want to copy. Confirm access with your Salesforce administrator.

The migration helper

The current Mac helper requires macOS 14 or newer. Install it once and keep it running while the transfer finishes. Ask us about the right connection method for other computers.

Signups currently require waitlist approval. A credit card may be required for verification during the trial. Trial features and usage are limited or capped for fair use.

Built from our own experience

Our own move.
The starting point.

Our original Salesforce account held just over 1.9 million records. Our own move used the Pro plan at $199/month and helped shape the automated flow available today.

The case study explains what we selected, what we left behind, and the checks we ran. Your migration scope and timing depend on your data.

A few
practical details.

Talk through your migration
How much of the migration is automated?

After you connect Salesforce, the flow discovers your data and proposes mappings. You review the plan and approve it; the helper and workspace handle copying, transfer, import, and record checks. You review the final report and any exceptions before switching.

Can we try a sample first?

Yes. The guided flow supports a sample so you can inspect how your records map before a full run. Samples import records into your workspace, so choose a suitable workspace for a rehearsal. Review a completed full run before cancelling Salesforce.

What about custom objects, formulas, and Salesforce automations?

Additional objects are discovered for review; using them as CRM records depends on supported destinations and your workspace setup. Formula results may transfer as values, but their calculation rules are not recreated. Salesforce automation is inventoried for review rather than automatically rebuilt. Reports and dashboard definitions are not preserved by the migration flow. Agree on replacements for anything your team relies on.

How long does it take, and can we keep working?

A few clicks start and approve the work. Running time depends on your record volume, files, mappings, and connection speed. The flow reads Salesforce without changing the original records. Zen & Zen workspace changes are temporarily paused while the import runs; an administrator releases the workspace after reviewing the checks. Plan the final switch with our team.

What happens to changes made in Salesforce during the move?

The migration copies the data from your export. Plan the final full run close to your switch, and agree with our team how any newer or changed Salesforce records will be handled. Keep Salesforce available until you have reviewed the full-run report, files, and exceptions.

Can we stop or undo the move?

You can cancel a migration run, but records already imported into Zen & Zen remain. Removing the migration’s copied source data also does not undo imported CRM records. Your Salesforce originals stay in place. Agree on any rollback or restore requirements before starting a full import.

What does migration cost?

The software plans are Standard at $99/month and Pro at $199/month, within their seat and record limits. Confirm scope and any cost with us. Confirm your data scope, file/storage needs, and any migration-specific cost before starting. AI and phone usage are separate, at the underlying API or vendor cost without added Zen & Zen markup.
