By using Zen & Zen (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept any changes.
Our Service
Zen & Zen provides AI-powered voice automation for sales teams. Our service includes:
- AI voice agents for automated calling
- Prospect research and qualification
- Call recording and transcription
- Campaign management tools
- Integration with business tools
Your Account
Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Accurate Information: Provide truthful information when creating your account.
Business Use: Our service is intended for legitimate business purposes only.
Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing regulations.
Your Data Ownership
You own your data. This includes your prospect lists, call recordings, and campaign information.
We only access your data to provide our services. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
You can export your data at any time and delete your account if you choose to stop using our service.
You're responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact the prospects in your lists.
Payment & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Free trial includes $1 verification charge (immediately refunded)
- Fees may change with 30 days advance notice
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Accounts may be suspended for non-payment after notice
- You're responsible for applicable taxes
Service Availability
We strive to keep our service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Our service is provided “as is” and we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or to address security issues.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our service to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Harass, spam, or abuse others
- Make emergency calls or contact emergency services
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Interfere with our service or other users
- Bypass security measures or access restrictions
Intellectual Property
We own the Zen & Zen platform, software, and related intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your content and data that you upload to our service.
You grant us permission to use your data solely to provide our services to you.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or business interruption.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment.
After termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@zenandzen.net. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
